I'd like to give you a quick tip to make any recipe a Saint Patrick's Day Recipe. It's so simple - you probably have thought of it before - but here's the reminder to just do it.  Ok - so prepare your meal according to the recipe instructions. If you can create a shape from the meal - like if you're making dinner roles - display them as a four leaf clover or the hat of a Leprechaun.   Then to top it off - add a little bit of color to your recipe food.

For instance - my mom would always add just a little bit of green food coloring to our dinner roles on Saint Patrick's Day. We loved it when she would bring out the tray with a bunch of slightly green roles in the shape of a rainbow or something.

Now just let your imagination sore. Think of how you can twist your meal just a little bit to add some excitement to your Saint Patricks Day Dinner, Brunch or Breakfast.
